About your Personal Trainer
Hey! My name is Everett. Fitness has been a big part of my life since 2010 when I first started training. I've played all sorts of different sports such as american football, brazillian jiu jitsu, and rugby. Ever since I was introduced to a weightroom, I've always loved and appreciated lifting weights and resistance training.
When I first started my fitness journey, I struggled to figure out what worked and what didn't. For years, I tried different strategies, diets, and approaches. I learned a lot about exercise and about myself during the process. However, it still seemed like I had a real knowledge gap about exercise science. In order to fix this, I completed more formal education in order to learn about how exercise works and to connect the dots of what I had learned in the previous years.
I am excited to help guide people on their fitness journeys. Many people spend years of their fitness journies suffering from fads, inconsistencies, and strategies that just don't work. I am here to help prevent needless suffering. Instead, I build roadmaps to help people be the best that they can be in their fitness pursuits. Any opportunity that I have for guiding and aiding a client is one that I will cherish and put my best effort into.
