“I’ve been living in Los Angeles for over 8 years now. Anyone who has lived out here can tell you how tough it is. My first 3 years were a financial disaster. Barely getting by, isolated and depressed, my body suffered and really took a dive. In 2009, I was 6’3 / 185 lbs. By the end of 2011 I was 165 lbs. I’ve always been muscular and fit from sports, but not having enough money for the right foods or a gym my body lost a lot of muscle mass.
After getting on my feet, I was able to bulk back up from 165lbs to 195lbs and keep it with the help of Andy’s nutrition counseling and exercise programs.

After many years of being sedentary and slowly putting on unwanted extra weight, I made the decision to turn my life around. I began training with Andy Frisch at our local gym in August of 2014. I won’t lie. It wasn’t easy. He had me doing things that I had never even considered. Many days I left the gym so tired and exhausted that I didn’t think I could keep up. But week after week I continued to go back and it wasn’t long before I began to see results. My weight was dropping. My stamina was increasing, and I was able to do more and more of the exercises that Andy was teaching me on my own. By Christmas of that same year, I had lost 23 pounds. Andy kept pushing me forward, encouraging me to work harder, eat better, and not lose sight of how far I had come. Now, one year later, I have lost a total of 44 pounds. However, more than that, I have learned an entirely different lifestyle. It’s not about fad diets, crazy cardio, or other weight loss hype. The most important lesson that I have learned from Andy is that consistency is the key. A balanced diet, working out, lifting weights, that is the answer. When I think I can’t give anymore, Andy tells me that I can. His support, encouragement, and wisdom have made all the difference in my life.

She is consistent, she rarely misses a day, she never sacrifices her life for her health, yet she has kicked her weight loss journey’s rear end. LeeAnne is proof that you don’t have to drive yourself crazy with the latest internet fad diets to continuously be successful in your weight loss endeavors. And she’s in great shape! How many ladies do you know that can do walking lunges non-stop for a half-mile? Well you’re looking at one!
